It is far from the first time in the last year alone these sorts of issue have happened.
We have not always complained but it has gotten quite excessive. Quality and service feels as if it has steadily declined, and it is immensely disappointing because we have ordered here since we moved into the area. With expenses as they are, we understand maybe some quality changes were needed, but likewise we cannot keep disposing of such expense here for that very quality.
