"As always, my food from Lotus Pond was the BEST! No one can beat their WonTon soup. The wontons in the soup are nicely filled and cooked perfectly. They do not taste like breakfast sausage as many others do, and the wonton skins are not falling apart. Love their big fluffy dinner rolls! Their egg Egg Rolls are nice and crisp and you can see the shrimp inside, not just the bean sprouts. The vegetable Egg Foo Egg Foo Young Dinner is SO good! The dinner gives you 3 huge patties with a good variety of veggies. The Gravy for the patties is addictive. I always order extra to put over the rice that comes with it. The General Tso's Chicken Deep Fried(Breaded) was a first time order for me and I loved it! The Wonton soup tasted a little differently than what I am used to as it had an extra ingredient that I did not recognize, such as beef boullion. The wontons were large and tasty. A small bag of fried crispy noodles came with the soup. The egg roll wrapper was light and very crispy. A small container of sauce came with the egg roll. The coating over the chicken pieces was light and crispy. I especially appreciated that the sweet and sour sauce was packaged separately in a plastic container, which kept the chicken coating from becoming soggy before I was ready to eat it. The handcrafted Thai dishes are so much more authentic than most modern Thai restaurants in the area and the middle eastern mammoth bowls are so fresh.
