One, the burrito I received and paid the upcharge for extra steak not only didn't have extra steak, but was half the size of a typical grilled cheese burrito. I basically got short changed. The taco that came with the combo was completely crushed; looked more like a taco salad wrapped in paper than an actual taco. The Chicken Quesadilla Combo also comes with a crunchy taco. Same issue with the taco as the other combo; it was completely crushed and packaged without any care in the world. The chicken quesadilla was more of a cheese quesadilla, is it only had a couple pieces of chicken. The Avocado Ranch Crispy Chicken Soft Taco was mediocre; being the chicken itself tasted old like it had sat under a heater for a long time after being removed from the frier. For the money spent, very disappointing experience."

In the 80s, 90s, and even the 2000s - the happy meal toys seemingly were more inventive. Triple Cheeseburger - I had this customized with the addition of tomatoes, lettuce, extra ketchup and mustard. It seems if you request customization of any item, there is no standards or care in the preparation of the food and its just wrapped together in a big mess. Further, if you ask for extra ketchup, mustard, or any other item - they sometimes go way overboard and drench the food, which is not cool. Better just to ask for condiments with your order rather than trust them to do it for you. "First the B.M.T.® - This is generally one of my favorite sandwiches; but whoever prepared it stuffed it so much - that it was more like an open face sandwich. "This is my first experience with Hannibal Hotspot. I didn't hate it, but I didn't really like it either. First, lets focus on the Chilli 32oz - it is advertised as having kidney beans, ground beef, and tomatoes; typically garnished with cheddar cheese and scallions. Well, upon receiving the item - it was mostly just a kidney bean soup. If there was any ground beef, there was very little of it and I did not encounter a single tomato. There was no garnishment of cheddar cheese or scallions; so I had to dress it up myself when it was delivered. Flavor wise, it was pretty bland. It tasted like standard chilli from a can to be honest. The second item was the Jason Nuggets - I wouldn't go as far as to call them nuggets because they are about the size of a nickel or half the size of a McDonalds nugget for reference. My son seemed to enjoy them - and he is very finicky when it comes to food. So that was a good sign. I would definitely recommend this item for kids. The last item was the Fountain mtn dew - I would recommend staying away from any fountain drink. You are given what looks to be a 16 oz. cup that is filled with a lot of ice. For the huge upcharge you are paying, you are barely getting any beverage which I personally feel is an objectionable practice that I have seen a lot of restaurants do."

"I loved the vibrant packaging and how neat everything was inside the packaging. I've looked at this business for almost a year now and decided to give it a shot and I can honestly say I regret waiting so long. I got the grilled chicken/noodles, jalapeño bomb, vegan roll, chicken tempura roll, and the sweet potato roll. The jalapeo bomb I HIGHLY recommend. I was surprised by the kick of the jalapeño but was happy it wasn't a mild pepper, and the sweetness of the sauces countered the heat a little bit. The chicken tempura roll had amazing flavor and the chicken was fresh! The only two things I'd recommend is the edamame being cooked a little longer because it was a little difficult to remove beans from pods but not that big of a deal. Also the sweet potato roll was a little dry and could've used maybe a slice of cucumber or some avocado added to it. It was just the crunchies and sweet potato and that was it and I was pretty sure it said it came with avocado and eel sauce, if I'm not mistaken. The two things I recommended would not bring my rating lower because this place is definitely a must."

"I usually have a very positive experience with this place, but tonight was not a good night. 1. House Salad - This item is described as being a mix of fresh greens and an assortment of vegetables with a house dressing. What I actually received was a small serving container of warm spinach leaves, with no vegetables, smothered in a warm dressing that tasted like a variation of poppyseed. Who wants a salad that tasted like it sat under a heat lamp and became soggy from being drenched in dressing? 2. Rock and Roll - What is shown in the picture was different than what I was served. I had 8 pieces of sushi roll crammed into a serving container, so by the time it arrived, it looked more like a cake and no piece was discernable from the other. Further, crushing rice rolls together makes them stick together, so it was very difficult pulling them apart. There was no cream cheese or eel sauce I could taste, and if there was - it was such a small amount that it wouldn't make much difference. The shrimp tempura temperature was between cold and luke warm; the salad was actually warmer, and the scallops were cold. 3. CK NDL - This item was the only shining light in the darkness of this entire order, but it wasn't without its own technical issues. The chicken was not at all tender, it was very tough and overcooked. The noodles were completely stuck together, which was an indication that they were overcooked - however, the flavor was at least pleasant. Ultimately for the money spent, this was a big let down and disappointment. I hope this is an isolated incident, and not a sign of things to come because you have food preparers taking shortcuts."

The brisket is either way under-seasoned or not seasoned at all. It tasted very bland that even the BBQ sauce could not help. The baked beans were good, but the coleslaw tasted very off. The combination of the slaw and the mayo/vinegar they use was very off putting - possibly spoiled. The 1/4 Smoked Chicken comes with two sides; which I chose potato salad and baked beans. The chicken was outstanding. The meat was tender, the skin was properly seasoned and not overcooked. The baked beans were excellent, however, the potato salad was exceptionally bland. Additionally, it was not filled to capacity - rather a single, very small scoop of potato salad was provided. Overall, it was a positive step forward compared to the last experience - but changes are recommended for the premium prices you are paying. Changes such as providing a full serving amount of BBQ sauce in the portion cups rather than a drizzle. .5 oz of sauce in a 2 oz cup is rather disappointing."
