The consommé was perfect and they gave me chips and salsa too which I was not expecting so that was a nice surprise after having a long and draining day. The tacos were hot and delicious. That was the most satisfying meal I've had in months. "

"The Guacamole Casero was tasty ! Loved the lime / salt added brings out the taste in the salad! Chimichanga was also tasty! I think if it was packaged with a moisture absorbing material of some sort and packaged separately from the lettuce It would wouldnt absorb the liquid from the lettuce. There didnt seem to be much cheese over it though. All liquid water of Veggies surrounded the chimichanga. Beef Quesadilla was packaged in aluminum foil which also needed some type of drying material / container with vents maybe . Classic Cheese Dip was good! Small container though. Chips were crunchy - as the paper bag absorbs any condensation. Anytime you put hot items in container will have issues with the food absorbing the condensation - A napkin will help placed inside over a sheet of parchment paper maybe. I thought I had gotten two different salsa but both were flaming hot! Real small container. Over all it was a nice meal and was tasteful! I didnt take time to take pictures - sorry"
