Anytime you put hot items in container will have issues with the food absorbing the condensation - A napkin will help placed inside over a sheet of parchment paper maybe. "That Bream Sandwich /plate was so hot and good !! fried to perfection !! The Fried Green Tomatoes w/ the dip were EVERYTHING people!! I ordered a slice of red velvet cake and OMG , moist and just the way i love my velvet cakes!! I'm from Mississippi and love a good fish plate and appreciate top tier food!!
