The Elote in a cup was very fresh as well. The corn has a natural sweetness. It comes in a small/mid-size, styrofoam container, and did come with some heat (cayenne I believe). ***Needed a sprinkle of Cotiha cheese, or something added to increase the flavor. The best item purchased overall is the beef soup, the Caldo De Res. Hands down it is very flavorful and packed with delicious fresh, thick cuts of .....carrots, zucchini, red potatoes, cabbage and beef.
