The beans had a white chalky substance and you couldn’t even break them up they were so dry. The chips were stale. Now imagine having hungry kids excited to get something they don’t normally have for dinner and they are hungry and anticipating their meals and they get some things that I wouldn’t even let them eat. How long do refried beans and meat have to sit out before they become crunchy and discolored?!?! Where was the manager on duty? Why is the food being served when it is very clearly no good?
