I prefer my fried brussel sprouts less well done with just the outside carmelized, I don't like it when it gets dry and crispy. The sauce on it was pretty good though. The open-faced pot roast melt had a lot of flavor like the pan it was cooked in has too much "seasoning" built up. It's fine, in fact a lot of people might really enjoy it.
