They also have an awesome host. I was picking my food up and he greeted me and let me know my food would be out in a couple minutes. He offered me Turkish tea (on the house!) and brought it out in a to-go cup for me to take in the car once my food was ready. While I sipped my tea and waited another customer came in to order food to go. The host helped the customer with figuring out what she wanted and since it was her first time, he gave her a dessert to take home and try, also on the house!

"The Food is decent. Portions are hefty, the food is pretty flavorful. I really only had 2 issues, I was in between 3 and 4 stars as a result. The price is a bit weird for what you get, it's a lot of filler. A LOT of filler. That's mostly ok, it's a decent bit of food, but it's mostly rice and salad. The real issue?
It's SO DRY. The salad is lightly dressed, the pita is cut into strips so you can't wrap the kebab in it, the rice is kinda dry (and honestly, bland), and there's this little ramekin of sauce that's supposed to salvage the whole thing. That ramekin is doing a lot of heavy lifting.
I'd probably give it 5 stars if it came with more sauce. As it is I'm about to whip up my own tzatziki to kinda bring this to life. Very heavily suggest asking for extra sauce. Mine's all gone and I still have half a pita and 42 pounds of rice to eat."

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with a recent takeout order we received from your restaurant through DoorDash. Fogo de Chão has always been known for its high standards and exceptional quality, which is precisely why we chose to order from you. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect the reputation your establishment typically carries.
The picanha and lamb we received was significantly overdone and not prepared according to the doneness we requested. This was especially disappointing because picanha is one of the signature cuts your restaurant is known for, and proper preparation is essential to the experience. Instead of the flavorful, tender cut we expected, the meat was dry and lacked the quality we associate with your brand.
Additionally, the portion sizes were extremely small considering the price of the meal. The overall order felt overpriced for the quantity and quality we received. When customers choose to spend a premium on a meal from a restaurant like Fogo de Chão, we expect the food to reflect that value. In this case, it simply did not.
