I order a LARGE and add an extra espresso shot and i guess it probably depends on the barista but my drink either comes pretty full (maybe less an inch or two from the top) or my drink comes half full. My drink being only half full can be very upsetting when I'm having a rough day with work and I'm just looking forward to my coffee break. The Bagel with Cream Cheese (New Yorker Bagels) are quite large and high quality. It just seems that despite choosing the type of bagel it's somewhat random what you get. i.e. got a jalapeno when I'd ordered kalamata olive, everything when poppy seed was ordered but did receive blueberry when that was ordered so it appears they substitute with something similar if what is selected isn't available. That being said, I've enjoyed all of them."
