"This was a last-minute dinner that worked amazingly well. We made our own salad & each had our own calzone. Calzones are not just folded in pizza. There is an art of balance to them that Pizza doesn't need. Calzone Life understands this. That said I wish Italian sausage was among the choices for the Create Your Own but that's for my daughter's sake. I'm happy with Canadian bacon & mushrooms. My husband was very happy with The Little Italy. If you like salami that would be a good choice. They were delivered hot, fresh, & so delicious with the perfect balance of sauce, cheese, meat, & veggies. The pastry was soft, made that day with the finest ingredients, & obviously a secret family recipe. This is a calzone worthy of the name."

It might make more sense to scale prices based on ingredient costs, like charging more for mozzarella than bell peppers or basil, depending on seasonality. Flavor: The crust was perfectly crunchy—an ideal balance between thin and thick. I couldn’t really taste the fontina, likely overshadowed by the mozzarella, and I wish there had been more shiitake. That said, the combination of basil, fennel sausage, caramelized onion, and bell pepper was fantastic: warm, herby, sweet, and savory. Tiramisu I received had pure white canned tasting whipped cream used throughout the cake, not the yellow colored egg yolk based marscapone they displayed in the menu picture. There was no coffee flavor and a cheap hot fudge had been poured not just on top of the cake, but seems like they drenched the cake with it to try to mask the flavor. 3x3in slice, very small portion for $16+. Most nearby places have double the portion for under $10 or even $5. I have eaten tiramisu at several places from Eataly to local pizza stores. You can get a way more authentic, better quality tiramisu at local pizza places or korean sweet stores with twice the serving size to boot. "

Amigos Love Pizza is sad. It has so much potential but is dry (seems a trend for some of their pizzas) and there are literally 3.5 grape tomatoes to the entire pie. This would be okay-ish if they were cut into smaller pieces and scattered across the pie, but they are cut in half. They arrive cut-side down, which makes it look like each half is a whole but we flipped them and discovered they were not. Cheese Bread is okay; we were definitely right to not get the bacon bread again, since there wasn't a lot on it and the cheese bread was fine on its own. "I took advantage of a BOGO offer to try this place out for the first time. I had to pay the extra delivery fee since the restaurant is about 6 miles from my house. Despite the distance my order arrived piping hot. The portion size of the Genova (Creamy Pesto) was just right and there was a decent amount of chicken slices. It tasted like fresh quality ingredients are used and the fettuccine was neither al dente nor over cooked. The only drawback was a lack of flavor. I added a bit of garlic powder, fresh ground pepper and kosher salt which more suited my taste. Additionally, I didn't see nor taste any garlic on the included garlic knots but the flavor and texture were good and I used them to dip in the pesto pasta sauce.
