I have never had a Chorreada before so I really can't fairly rate it. But I wasn't a huge fan. The carnitas had a really nice flavor but it was dry as well. The reason I rounded up to 4 stars is because they were very generous with the meat and I liked that they gave you meat without a ton of pieces of fat like some places do.
