If you don't know what it is, it's penne pasta tossed in a creamy, spicy jerk sauce and served with grilled jerk chicken and sweet plantains on the side. It’s like a Caribbean twist on spicy Alfredo and pretty flavorful with a real kick, but balanced perfectly.
