"This is the first time we tried it and it was just bad. It is not what we were expecting at all. I seen some of the other reviews so I don't know if this is normal but I feel like the food we got was old and reheated in a microwave. Fries were so soggy that they were all stuck together and fell apart anytime someone tried to pick one up plus I didn't get my side of Chipotle Mayo that I had to pay for. Then the cheese steaks tasted like meat favored grease on soggy xtra large hot dog rolls. You couldn't pick it up at all, the only way to eat it was with a fork because it just fell apart. I took a few bites, wrapped it up, and put in the fridge. I'm kind of pissed off about what was actually delivered to us and for what we paid we definitely got ripped off."
