Because of this lack of basic customer service and organization, my delivery was unnecessarily delayed. The issue was not the driver. She communicated clearly, advocated for the order, and did everything she could. If a restaurant chooses to accept delivery orders, they should treat them with the same urgency and respect as in person customers.
