"I gave Salulita 3 tries and it's very hit or miss. I'm not sure what oil or fat they use to cook their food with, but it always tastes like rancid oil. Any food we have had that isn't cooked on a flat top seems better, but my entire group said the same thing. The Chips /Salasa and the margaritas are good, but they refuse to put prices on the drink menu, so basically they can charge you whatever they want. We ordered the "house margarita" on two different occasions and they charged different prices. Also, be forewarned the house marg is huge, has 2 shots, and is enough for two people. The food ranges from just okay to terrible, but the chips/salsa and margaritas are great, so worth it for that alone. Ambiance is fun too."

"Honestly, the only thing I dislike about this location is that they don't have an option to substitute veggies/sauces on the sandwiches in the order options, but also don't allow order comments or special requests on the app. You have to call the store to ask them for what you want after ordering, and they are always super accommodating. But I wish they would turn on requests/comments in the app so I could skip that step. The Kibbee Nayeh (raw) always has a little box with onion slices, pickled beet strips, fresh jalapeño slices, and pickles. Lots of other places make this dish poorly, theirs is always consistent. The shawarma sandwiches, especially the lamb is superb. Shish Kabob Sandwich (Beef or Lamb) is tender. Their toum (garlic sauce) is pretty good, homemade is better but it's still good. I wish their pickles were sliced vertically, you have to call and request it but they will do it if you ask. The owners and staff are always really kind and accommodating. 10/10."
