"I used to love the food here as it used to be consistent, well prepared and very good. Sadly something has changed. It is different, not as flavorful and the dishes are no longer consistent. The quality has declined. The last couple times I placed orders, the entrees were poor and missing ingredients and/or items. Upon calling the manager, he kindly apologized and then said he could do nothing to correct the issue. He said only the owner could make decisions like that, but she wasnt at the store and rarely is. Being a long time customer I wanted to bring my concerns to her and asked for a returned phone call. That never happened. Hence, I went from being a weekly customer to not going at all. I cannot justify spending the prices they charge for subpar quality and service. "
