"I've never reviewed something on DoorDash before, but I have to for this.. this is the best Indian food I've ever eaten in my life. Super flavorful, spicy, high quality, fresh food! Big portions, lots of chicken in the biryani, a gulab jamun on the side, along with some curry and raita. 10/10!!"

"I've ordered with this restaurant before, and it's been 5 stars those times, unfortunately this time it was quite disappointing. The pakora was soggy lacking any crisp you expect with pakora, most likely because they used bellpeppers only (why bellpeppers?). The masala vada was lacking flavour and a tat too greasy, then again so were the other fried items so the oil must not have reached its right temp. I'm not going to mention the onion samosa as they were decent as were the mirchi Bhadji although I thought those were suppose to be filled but that might be my mistake. The mango lassi gets 5 stars, very creamy and flavoursome. Maybe it's was lacking the quality I've had with them before due to it being Sunday ? Or maybe it was because this time I only ordered appetisers ?? Another thing that was odd as well, the portions were unlike I had with them before, they were smaller this time. I'm wrecking my brain to what happened, is there another Vanakkam pdx ? Did I order with a different restaurant ? Disappointing indeed, and it makes me hesitant to order with them again."

"First, the mango lassi here is so delicious. Just sweet enough, but thick and delightfully tart. Secondly, I don't know how, but these are such flavorful noodles for being a vegetarian item! The noodles traveled well in the delivery and were still warm. They roll right up on a fork (I didn't try to use chopsticks this time). Finally, I've had the chicken and cilantro hand pies at the store. They are wonderful if you like cilantro. Note: CILANTRO. (polarizing ingredient) I like the crust and this time it is a little different than the one I had in store the other week, but heated thoroughly and the chew is satisfying. The crust does not flake or make a big mess, if you are worried about trying to eat at a desk or a less ideal environment. While not in our delivery order this time, we have eaten the dumplings at the restaurant (and made the frozen version). They are top notch."

"Finally a Vietnamese spot IN Forest Grove! I'll admit I wasn't impressed during their soft opening last summer but I told myself to give them another try after they've been open awhile now. I'm so glad I did because the pho broth was robust with flavor and delicious! I love meatball pho so I got the P1 and paid extra for more meatball. Hopfully in future they fix the P2 configuration so if you wanted to double up on a same meat as your required 2 meat selections that would be great as that would be better priced. Hubby got the P2 with rare steak and brisket and liked his too. Total fans now, will continue to try rest of the menu. I should mention when we lived in Beaverton we would go out to eat at the many different pho spots like 3-4 times per a week at least, so trust me when I say I know what great tastes like, my office is also in Portland too so I'll hit spots out there too.
