Today I got my usual grande Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with 2 pumps of white mocha, brown sugar cold foam, whipped cream, and cinnamon, in a venti cup. They forgot to add the cinnamon again so I just added my own at home. This drink is so ridiculously good. They used all the extra room in the venti cup for cold foam and whipped cream which is awesome and exactly what I was hoping for. Morning staff on 6/29 killed it. This drink is a great treat and worth the 11$."

"Im not sure who has been working lately (Saturday around 3pm) but this is the second time my drink has come in the afternoon and is missing something. I asked them to add cinnamon powder to the drink and again they did not add any cinnamon. This is a crucial part and flavor of the drink. It may seem trivial to some but this really sucks and it would have taken just a second to add cinnamon powder. I walked to the store and bought cinnamon (my cars in the shop). Like cmon, do better, this drink was literally 11$ so sorry but I do expect that it comes with everything I've asked for!!! It's the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with 2 pumps of white mocha, brown sugar cold foam, and cinnamon powder (which it did not have at all). Still giving them 4 stars because the drink it great after adding my own cinnamon powder. Honesty it's usually a better experience to go in person through the drive through ( ive gone inside before and they forgot about my drink for 30 min and ended up just giving me a refund so again, drive through is king bc that's what they focus on). I will schedule my drink for tomorrow morning and will give 5 stars if yall can remember to add the cinnamon!!! Everyone that works there is great and it was prob a genuine oversight!! It was just disappointing. Also just point out- as you can see from the photo, although I asked them to put it in a venti cup to make room for the cold foam, thats why it doesnt look full . Also ask your delivery driver to pick up a straw."

I asked for mayo on my burger didn't get it whatever that dirty sauce is I asked for extra and was charged for extra on the burger didn't receive it and an Syed didn't receive that either. We got 2 basic rolls (JB and spicy tuna) and a soup, $36 after tip and delivery which even if I take the delivery and tip off still feels a little high for basic sushi. But the soup serving was laughable. Literally an inch of soup. I got the miso. Not a single piece of tofu in the soup. The pluses are they make your order fast and the food quality is consistent. "I used to get pho from places in Oklahoma City that were owned by multiple generations of Vietnamese immigrants (huge Vietnamese community in OKC) and since moving to S Florida, it has been a 10 year search for a comparable broth. Saigon has it. I found it. Flavorful and balanced, spiced just right and fatty enough to give a good mouthfeel but not so much that it feels slimy. Pho doesn't often travel well, but Saigon's packaging (and my proximity, I'm sure: ~15 minutes away) ensured the broth was still hot enough to cook the sliced Rare Eye Round in my bowl. The small size is still quite a lot; I couldn't finish the whole bowl! I received plenty of bean sprouts, basil, jalapeños, and a good sized lime wedge tightly wrapped in cellophane. The Eggrolls were perfectly crispy and the dip had just a smidge of spice. The Spring Rolls were fresh and had a strong basil flavor. The peanut sauce balanced it without being overwhelming. Aside from the delicious food, I appreciate that the plastic packaging was minimized: folding paper boxes for the rolls and a waxed cardstock paper bowl with a plastic lid for the pho. The broth and dipping sauces came in plastic containers with lids. Not a speck of styrofoam. If this is how amazing it is as take out, I cant wait to try it in-house. The only thing missing from the experience is a freshly made avocado smoothie."
