They use a hard tofu and I'm not mad at it. Butter Chicken: SUPERB! Chicken Biryani: extremely flavorful and also SUPERB! And omg the Veg Samosa (2 pcs) are as well; ESPECIALLY with the brown sauce (sorry, idk the name of it), that sauce is divine! Such an appropriate amount of heat and a perfect flavor profile to pair with the samosas. I could eat it like a soup. Rasmalai is an acquired taste I think (is that rose water?) If there is rose water in it, you did a great job with the balance of its use. This was the first time I was able to eat and enjoy a dessert with rose water.
