"I'm only giving it a 4 because of the way the sandwich was packed. It's a croissant and they are supposed to be nice and fluffy. It should have been packed in a tin or foam flip top. I know, I know that cost. I'd pay $.75 more for the sandwich to arrive as it would in your establishment. Being that it was wrapped, it was smashed, and due to all the heat it became a bit soggy. "Second time in 2 weeks that I ordered the Reuben sandwich. Reubens have been my favorite, "go to", sandwich for 50 years but not many restaurants or delis make them well. It's difficult to find a place that makes them perfect. Most often, the meat is so tough that you can't bite through it. Daddy O's makes the best Reuben, the meat is fresh and so tender! They don't skimp on the meat and they don't over stuff the sandwich with meat, another common problem. They don't drown the sandwich with Thousand Island dressing, yet another common problem.
