Before reading just know this wasn't the first incident, but definitely the worst. -Fries were so soggy that even my air fryer couldn't fix them. -Chicken fingers were crunchy in weird places and full of fat, leaving us to have to pick apart anything edible. Ended up with almost no chicken. -The chicken bacon ranch sub was AWFUL. That's an understatement! Not only did they get the order wrong and put grilled instead of crispy chicken.. but the entire sandwich was DRENCHED, beyond soggy, from the *watered down* "ranch dressing". Like they opened the bottle and let it rain. It was the sloppiest thing I had ever seen or experienced and was completely inedible. It was so bad that it was legitimately offensive and completely unforgivable. I have eaten there in person a few times and was never "impressed" but it was never so horrible that I refused to ever eat there again. They are consistently awful hence why I feel the need to write this for everyone. *There are many places with the same food that take their business seriously and I STRONGLY recommend going elsewhere. -I literally paid good money for actual garbage. I even had to wait about 45 minutes for it to be made, and the delivery took 25 min. They are located 10 minutes away.. Good money I will never get back.
