"I recently ordered takeout from this cafe and overall, it was a great experience. The food was tasty and well-prepared, and the portion sizes were satisfying. The ordering process was easy. The delivery was prompt, and the packaging kept the food fresh. While there were no major issues, one minor improvement could make it even better. The owner, Chad, followed my delivery instructions perfectly. He delivered my order to the correct location. The only issue was that he said, “We don’t appreciate that you would leave a bad review if we don’t text you” I explained, only if the order was delivered incorrectly. Chad didn’t seem to want to understand that and reiterated that the staff and him do not appreciate that. There’s no reason to be confrontational if everything was done correctly. My written delivery instructions are specific and directed to Dashers from Door Dash that do not pay attention to detail and deliver the order to the incorrect address. The review that I was referring to in my delivery instructions is for Dasher’s delivery performance, not the business that prepared the food. I hope that Chad can better understand this. Cafe 641 is great, and I appreciate that they do their own deliveries since many contracted Door Dash Dashers are unreliable. Cafe 641’s delivery is above and beyond, minus confrontational Chad, his misunderstanding, and causing a scene at my workplace."

Id like to think if they see $30 in pancakes, from a customer who usually orders 3 single pancakes, id get a phone call or message. They have called me before on clarification of items. I passed the extra pancakes out to the people at the gazebo in center of town. So in the end i paid for 12 pancakes and still had to drive nearly to Jakes to donate the food. I know Jakes couldnt resell them but the error did feed 3 people that AM. Since Iwas given SO much syrup I added that, plates and some plastic cutlery I had. So I was charged $30 for the pancakes, was charged the door dash fee when i door dashed myself back to the gazebo but the pancakes we did eat were great, as ALWAYS. Today, I ordered from the Big Apple instead. "
