"The Chicken Singapore was a great find on the menu. Normally, I like to order the Lo Mein, but this time I felt adventurous. The portion was HUGE, just like the rest of the dishes are. I think I found a new favorite. As always, the Sweet & Sour Chicken was great! Not super bready, and not overcooked to be rubbery and dry. It's got a layer of depth to it unlike other places where it's one note soy sauce salty . Here you can taste the fresh vegetables and butter, and know that this was made with passion. My fiance had the brisket dip, which he really likes, but his fries were pretty much raw as you can see in the picture. There is no brown on them at all.
