"I am posting pics of the lobster flatbread so customers can see without only verbal information, how this order was. Maybe this is part of why RL is having financial issues, or as a result of the issues the restaurant no longer cares to provide quality food. Very disappointing to pay high prices to receive what I did. Because of how much it was overcooked, I was only able to eat 2 squares of the New! Lobster Flatbread after taking the toppings (almost non existent lobster-mostly was tomatoes, parsley and some cheese) off of all the other flatbread squares to put on the 2 least burnt squares and warm up them up slowly myself since everything delivered was cool temp at best. The majority of the squares were so over cooked they were inedible. So disappointing and overpriced for what I received. I would have given zero stars if permitted. I've also given a picture of the Seafood-Stuffed Mushrooms and this pic displays exactly what I received. I only opened the container and took the image to accurately show them. I understand they won't look as good as when received when at the restaurant, but these look bad and didn't taste any better. The only thing that tasted as good as I would expect was the Half Dozen Cheddar Bay Biscuits® which I ate one of and I will guess will be the menu item most missed if RL does indeed go out of business. Very unfortunate because at one time RL did offer and deliver much better tasting food."
