"I haven't had A & W in years. They're all over California so I thought I would give it try. See pictures below. I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger Combo with a Diet Pepsi. The fries were hot and fresh out of the fryer but they had a wierd coating on the outside almost like a texture I did not care for. Second, the top bun was loaded with mayo which i am allergic too so that's a minus. I had to scrape off the top bun and add mustard which I had at home. The Bacon Cheeseburger Combo had ample toppings but it clearly needed more bacon. Again, see photos. It was dissappointing to say the least and nothing monumental. I did not see mayo mentioned anywhere in the description on this app. I also find it ouzzling there isn't any edit on the condiments? For example "no mayo add ketchup". Maybe I missed it? Not everyone likes mayo on their burger. This should be addressed. They didn't put any ketchup packets in the bag but they did add 3 fry sauces. Fry sauce is an Idaho thing. It's not a common condiment at all in California. I had never heard of it until I came to Idaho. "

"I haven't had Papa Johns in a long time. I figured I'd mix it up today and give them a shot again as I wasn't impressed with them the last time. Well, I quickly remembered why I haven't ordered from them in a while now. First off, it's barely better quality than a little Caesars pizza except with a little more sauce on it. Secondly, there's almost no toppings whatsoever. I ordered a pepperoni pizza. I didn't taste pepperoni at all as they buried the two or three slices under a mountain of cheese. And lastly, the crust was doughy and chewy not crisp at all. It was way undercooked almost raw. Don't waste your time and order this garbage. You can get a little Caesars for just five dollars. At least you won't be disappointed with that because you know you’re getting a cheap crap Pizza. I paid for premium pizza and got garbage. I won't be purchasing from Papa Johns again. "First review I've ever submitted to Doordash, and I hope this shows up on their page. This place goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for their customers. I ordered their vegan lentil soup. They were out, so they replaced it with their ham soup, AND ON TOP OF THAT sent me a black bean burger 'just in case you're vegan.' I'm not vegan, I just love lentil soup, but this is one of the coolest things a restaurant has ever done for me. Also, the ham soup and steak and onion jacked up grilled cheese were both quite good.
