"This place, which is actually Denny's, has gone downhill fast. I order the build me up chicken sandwich the same way every time for years. Now 4 or 5 times they short me the second chicken patty, the extra cheese, and the mushrooms that I paid a lot extra for. Missing the onions and pickles and everything except bread (which I don't eat) and one dry piece of tasteless chicken. I've gone up there twice lately to get it fixed. They made me wait over an hour for them to make it again last time. What's the point of door dash then? They serve the honeydew with the rind still on. They are rude lately. Very slow. I expect to receive what I paid for. I would not have written this negative review for my once all-time favorite place but this needs to stop. I know this is happening to others too. When I went back people were saying good luck if you ordered food. They described nearly my exact same situation. I paid $15.26 for a $5.00 sandwich too dry to eat and ended up with no dinner. FAIL! Especially because food cost are so high. I cannot waste money on food I don't even get!!!"
