Signature Thick Beef Bone Soup 招牌浓醇牛骨汤 was out of this world, the medium spice was a very different experience in my mouth. The spiciness on my tongue was enjoyable. AND THE FLAVOR OH MY GAWWW! Kangshifu Pear Juice With Rock Sugar 康师傅冰糖雪梨will have you on the toilet, it's a great thing, flush yo stomach out! Only issue was that both my entries were missing ingredients. The broth was also quite oily, which affected the overall taste and balance of the dish. The meal did not match my expectations based on the menu description. "Most food was good. But the Honey Walnut shrimp was soggy. Not cooked long enough for it to be anywhere near crispy. Nobody would eat it until it was refried in a skillet to finish cooking it. Absolutely the worst Honey Walnut shrimp I ever had. Orange Chicken / 橙皮鸡 was good. Broccoli Beef was good also. The Roast Duck was good but very boney ! They just cut up the duck without any deboning at all. I would give this eatery a 4.5 star rating. The absolute best Chinese food in Fountain Valley is a place on Brookhurst and Ellis called "Fu Wing Low" !! They have been around for at least 30 years. This restaurant is the "Benchmark" to which I judge all Chinese food against. But they have no delivery service. You have to go pick up any ordered meals....... But it is the BEST !!! We tried this place cause no one wanted to drive for a pick up. This Linglong eatery was rated 4.9 out of 5 stars.......but I disagree. We tried it. We won't order here again. I thought it was overly pricey !!"

We could hardly find any meat. Same with the Beef Fried Rice With Egg (To Go) (Bogo) 牛肉炒饭(买一送一) the beef was scarce to none. I hardly write reviews but labling your entrees with protein and then serving your plates of rice and noodles with a few tiny pieces of protein is not acceptable. Never ordering again."

"Woke up sick and was craving some Chinese confort food. The Porridge 皮蛋瘦肉粥 was delicious and hit the spot. I also got #36 Egg Crepe with Pork Sung 蛋餅加肉鬆 (tasty!), #8 Sweet Soy Milk (Hot) 甜豆漿(熱) (very good), and #2 Deep Fried Cruller 油條 (a bit tough and greasy, I imagine this would be way better fresh; I still enjoyed it and it went well with the #8 Sweet Soy Milk (Hot) 甜豆漿(熱). Finally, I got the #11 Sweet Soy Pudding (Hot) 甜豆花(熱) because its one of my favorite dishes and it was rated highly on DoorDash. Theirs is good! Would be even better with a stronger ginger flavor in the broth, but I'd order it again in a pinch. Overall, very pleased with my order. Thank you!!"

The good: I was surprised that they included a little container of white pepper! They know what's up. The century eggs and the side of salted vegetables helped add some needed flavor and texture. The price isn't bad, although debatable due to the portion size. #15 Marinated Soy Pudding 滷汁豆腐腦 - I got this on a whim. It's delicious! Totally made up for the congee. If you need some comfort food, skip the congee and get this. In fact, I mixed a bit into the congee."
