The shrimp was fresh, the conch meat was tender and well-cooked, and the broth was perfectly seasoned. The textures were spot on, and the rice complemented the dish well. The tortillas were a nice addition, making the meal even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the drink I ordered arrived warm, which was a bit disappointing. The Beef Soup Honduran Style (Sopa De Res)was hot and was perfect for this weather. I've never had banana or plantain in soup before so this was really a first for me. The rice was cooked perfectly! I didn't try the tortillas. I'm really glad I got the Fried Chicken Breast . It was yummy and huge. My daughter wanted to try it after she had ate dinner already. She ate more than half the chicken because she really liked it. Thank you for making amazing food. We will be ordering again!!!"
