"As a truck driver, I've traveled across the country and have had Indian cuisine from near and far. I must say that the Mixed Meat Biryani, was some of the best, if not the best, biryani I have ever tasted. 10/10"
"The veg butter curry, samosa chat, onion samosa, and chutneys were the best items. The dosa tasted like how stale cereal tastes after being open for a month in a cardboard box with the flavor lingering after swallowing. The masala dosa mix was good but Hello India is nearby and so much better with a richer flavor. The idli didn't taste fermented and had no sour or yogurt flavor; they were very bland. The sambar was Earthy and good but missing some of the sour flavor and was too salty. The Chettinand Kuzhambu fragrant and earthy but needs a decent of amount of rice to balance the salt.
Overall not bad. Some hits, some misses, some in betweens. Their lunch thali combo is probably worth going back but maybe order somewhere else because there are other great options in the area that are more consistent with their menu.
Kuppanna's Thiru Kuppusamy Unavagam and Hello India would be my choice over this. I would get Southern Spice butter curries, chat, and samosa again. Those were well made."

"While I was in Dallas,TX, in the first week of October 2025 to attend a bus conf, I ordered a special chicken dum biryani from Currysmatic, and it was really good.
I do a tonne of research online before ordering Indian food because not all places with good reviews appeal to my palette. I had ordered with a moderate spice level, and it was a perfect match(for me). I sincerely believe the chefs have mastered the art, and it is worth a try if you read this review because I know where to order my biryani next time I am back in town. Besides, the owners at currysmatic were kind enough to go the extra mile when I first called before placing the order online.

"I ordered momos through DoorDash and the food itself was decent and flavorful, but the delivery experience was disappointing. The momos arrived without any proper cover or wrapping, basically just loose in the bag. That made me nervous because anyone could easily touch the food or contaminate it in transit — especially since delivery bags get jostled around. There wasn’t even a sealed container or lid, and the momos were exposed to fresh air and other smells in the bag.
For the price and the expectation of food coming safely, proper packaging and sealing are essential. I enjoy the taste, but next time I’d avoid ordering if they don’t fix the wrapping issue. It’s just unsafe and unprofessional for door delivery."
