Warning: it is HOT. It seems to have dried chiles (Thai Birdseye maybe?) and that left coarse bits of skin and seeds in the dish, and a little more heat than I prefer (and I LIKE spicy!) I ordered a side of lo mein and mixed with the beef. The beef was tender and flavorful. The veggies were very fresh. The carrots and cabbage seemed to be cut just for my order. If I had to choose a favorite dish, it would be a three way tie between their pho, the clay pot and their rock n roll tofu. The clay pot is filled with vegetables and your choice of protein. It comes out HOT and I savor every bite. If you get their tofu, ask for it extra crispy! I always ask for vermicelli and for it to be spicy. It never disappoints, if you're a tofu fan, this is a must try dish! Finally their pho. I've been going to this restaurant for over a decade and it is truly my favorite spot to get pho. There's a restaurant right across the street that I also enjoy, but they don't do pho like these guys do. I'm a loyal customer for life!"

I ordered the Hawaii curry at spice level 1. It had a decent amount of heat and it was just right for me, but too spicy for my mom. The rice portion was really small. Usually the little take out boxes are packed to the max, but this box had room for a lot more rice. I had to reheat my rice from the freezer to finish the curry. The curry had a lot of chicken, pineapple and huge chunks of tomato. The flavor was interesting and I ended up really enjoying it. I would order this again. The tom kha was really tasty. It had more lime flavor than most of the tom kha's I have had, but I did enjoy it very much. I ordered spice level 1, but would order a 2 next time. Overall, it was a good experience."
