"We have been going to Cuzzin's in New Brunswick for a number of years and have found the food universally superb. Recently, we went to the Marlboro location for the first time and were equally impressed. We had to cancel our plans for today, Valentine's Day, as I am not fully recovered fromthe flu. Instead, we happily ordered in from your Marlboro location, two lobster bisques and two lobster rolls. The bisques were excellent. It is hard, however, to fully elaborate on how terrible the lobster rolls were. The two rolls, themselves, were dry, stale and tasteless. The lobster consisted of the thinnest possible sliver on the very edge of the roll. The inside of the roll, from bottom to top, was quite literally empty. A sad, sad showing."
