The bad: The chicken in the chimichanga and taco had no flavor. Like, zero seasoning. And it was really dry. The barbacoa was tasty, but dry, and my campechano taco was tasty but also had a hard bone the size of a cherry in it, which I luckily caught before breaking a tooth. I also found other small bones in my chicken taco and the entire joint of a chicken thigh in my tamale, which was rojo and not verde like I ordered. I've never had a tamale with bone-in meat before, so I found this odd. It also lacked favor and the tamale dough was plasticky and not tasty at all. I tossed most of it. I will continue looking for great Mexican food in the area. Sadly, this ain't it. "

"Let's start with the One Dozen bagels (Except Specialty bagels). They are a reasonable size and are well-coated with toppings on one side. Those toppings taste good. However, they are fairly bready (a step up from mass-market store bagels). That's depressing. When I go to a bagel shop, I want a real bagel with a bubbly crisp exterior with a slightly dense and flavorful interior. The entire bagel is light and almost fluffy. As for the Egg Whites and Cheese Sandwich, I found it to be tasty, though I recommend asking for a flavored bagel, because that would improve the flavor and distract from the very soft plain bagels. The Bagel basket Special Hot Sandwich wasn't very special. It was just a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. There was no sauce of any kind. Nothing different or unusual at all. The bacon was well-cooked and the scrambled egg was tasty. The name should be changed, though, if my sandwich was the norm for this item. Just call it a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. The flavored 5. Scallion Cream Cheese is good and looks locally made. The amount of scallions were decent. All-in-all, the prices are typical for this area and the sandwiches were ok, but if you want real bagels, cooked propery, you might want to consider a different shop."

"Wouldn order again. The beef empanada is extremely dry and mostly just the dough, barely any filling. The beef quibe is so dry I couldn’t eat it, it crumbled down on my mouth, it was over fried. The chicken balls are also extremely dry, even the one with catupiry. It’s like all the fillings were overcooked and nothing is moist or pleasant to bite. The dessert don’t make it better either. The passion fruit mousse tastes like it’s made from powder juice and jelly, the texture is not moussy, yet firm, and the taste is sour but nothing like passion fruit. The coconut flan tasted like plastic, like it had been sitting on the fridge on a open container and it accumulated the taste of the fridge air. Very sad with this order, it was disastrous. The ham and cheese croquette was good, I would say because the cheese gives that moist necessary and ham’s got natural liquid in it. The shrimp croquette was good, and not as dry, but only 2 small pieces of shrimp on a snack bigger than my fist."

"This place is awesome! I can't say enough about the quality and taste of this food. However, for the first time, I am disappointed.
