"honestly everything is great. the CAULIFLOWER BITES are extremely crunchy and crispy but still have a moist cauliflower that isnt dry or chewy. the thai sauce is just a perfect amount too where it isn't drenched and goopy but it also isnt too little where the breaded layer feels bare or dry. the ceasar salad is also amazing and tastes so fresh and crisp. the shredded parm is a thicker shred than what im used to but it is honestly even better than thin slices/what im used to. With the lemon vinegrette its an easy 10/10 portions are generous and extremely filling, ate it as lunch and dinner. couldn't recommend more. :) "
