"The food was killer. Burger and fries were inhaled by my husband. I got the giant loco moco plate, so tomorrow he can have the leftover 2/3rds of it. I was totally into it. Pork was delicious. Rice was great! I was surprised to find that there was a large portion of fried egg whites covering the majority of the container, but there was only one small yolk on one side and a little trace of a broken yolk on the outer side of the other egg. That's the best part! I don't know what happened there. But, still delicious. The first bite of hamburger patty was char grilled to perfection. It was when I looked down to take a second bite and I saw my fork held a clump of bloody red hamburger that I decided I was done. The rice below was bloody. I love a good medium burger. I eat my steaks mid-rare. But after working in restaurants most my life, many as a cook, I can't afford to risk raw hamburger on vacation. I'm sure when it's reheated tomorrow it be just fine. "
