Let's start with the fact that I am completely biased because I was cccraving some Baby Back Barbecued Ribs so of course, I really enjoyed that. Meat was tender and tasty, not too sweet which is my preference for ribs. Fried rice upgrade was totally worth it. Comes with fresh greens which sit under the meat. I also felt enticed to add another item just for my hubby and I to try; we added the Orange Chicken with the upgrade of fried rice as well and lastly the Magic Butterfly Pea Lemonade. About the orange chicken, I will say this: do not expect Panda Express kind bc its certainly not that and I mean that in its own lane. The texture was just right and the flavor was not overpowering with sweetness. You get more of a ting but nothing crazy and that was fine with us considering we had a helpful of it from the ribs. I know some people don't bat an eye to presentation but the sprinkled sesame seeds made the dish alluring. It also came with some fresh greens. Finally, the tea: I would recommend not shaking it ;-; I actually really, really, really like it pre-shaken. But my better half thought it would make an even better idea to mix it. It still tasted yummy, unique and refreshing but not quite the same flavors that follow in its original state. And I thoroughly enjoyed it before that happened so ;-; Overall, all things considered, these dishes and beverage were made with care and craft and I would order from here again. "I've been ordering from Ginger & Garlic for awhile and besides the great food, two important factors continue to make this restaurant my go-to for delivery. The first is the consistency - in everything. The food is consistently the same, I am never surprised at the quality I receive. Other restaurants vary in taste and quantily received depending on the kitchen staff at the time, this is not the case for Ginger & Garlic. They are also very consistent in their timing. I haven't had cancelled or delayed orders, this is something very important for me. The second factor is the fact that in every order I receive chopsticks and napkins! This may sound silly but many times I order to locations that do not have utensils and napkins readily available. The flavor on the shrimp was not like the dish advertised at all - the pork was slightly better but still off on flavor and sitting in an oil bath. I rarely waste food and it was $50 for two teeny containers of Fried Shrimp with Walnut 合桃蝦 and Sweet & Sour Pork 咕嚕肉 but had two bites of each and threw it in the trash after 4 hours. "

"Everything was delicious! I ordered the Char Siu, Roast Pork, Char Siu Fried Rice, and Crispy Gau Gee (3). The Char Siu was delicious, flavorful, and moist. About half was lean pieces and half were fattier pieces. The Roast Pork was on the saltier side and the flavor is definitely similar to something youd get in china town. Cut up into bit sized pieces and not excessively fatty like a lot of other places. The Char Siu Fried Rice had amazing flavor and the one order is defintely enough for two people to share. The Crispy Gau Gee (3) had good flavor but had a very thick wrapping and not enough meat filling. It was alright but the gaugee probably isnt worth the price when ordering. "
