The Grande platter is huge and could feed about three people. I tried the Fajita Trio platter and it was good- the shrimp and chicken were very tasty. I didn't care for the beef but I think that was a personal issue ... it was a little chewy. The tortillas were soft and all the accompanying salsa and toppings were good. I think their Guacamole has been better (tasted fresher) on previous orders. Overall we were pleased and I didn't have to go out in the rain to get dinner."

"I have to be totally honest....4 Rivers Smokehouse was a big disappointment. The meats were good.....nothing great...but good. I was happy enough with the burnt ends, the pulled chicken was mediocre at best, and the brisket would have been alright except that it was a very small serving for the price. The sides were nothing exciting. The baked beans were good, the mac and cheese bland and watery, the collards were not good at all, the corn tastes like it came from a can, the baked cheese grits were hard and dry, and the cornbread paled in comparison to a box of Jiffy. To wrap up the meal, the bayou bar was actually great and the bread pudding was mid. It was almost $5 for a chocolate chip cookie that was slightly bigger than a Chips Ahoy. And it wasn't nearly as good as a Chip Ahoy! Sadly, the highlight of the entire order was probably the sweet tea. There are a lot of choices for BBQ in this area and, in my opinion, 4Rivers ranks at the very bottom of the list."
