"The potatoes in the Oscar's Wicked Skillet were burned and there were very little vegetables in it. The jalapeños were even burned. The Cinnamon Rolls was hard on the bottom, like it sat in a warmer for too long. They usually put the icing in a cup on the side, instead they put it on the cinnamon roll while it was still hot and it had melted all over, making it soggy in places. It was inedible and I had to throw it away. I was really disappointed because their food is usually excellent but this order makes me reconsider getting food from them again. For the prices I paid I expected way better quality."

I don't like seltzer water or slightly flavored seltzer water. I expected a lot of flavor and sweetness. That had neither of those. I was very disappointed. I would definitely not recommend it. The Sugar Cookie was good but it didn't taste like anything special. It just tasted like regular flavorless sugar cookie that you can buy at a grocery store. Nothing special about the frosting just regular sugar cookie frosting and a soft cookie. Again that was all right but nothing to write home about."

Was very disappointed and they didn't redeilver. They could only refund or I went to pick up a new cookie. The workers were very nice about it but it was a hassle to have to go back and get another cookie ourselves. We didn't want to go and that's why we paid for the delivery the first time."
