The texture contrasts of crispy toasted salmon skin, creamy avocado, the sweet luxuriant tang of eel sauce, delight my mouth with each bite. Sushi tower is a bit like a mini, semi-constructed (molded) poke bowl on a plate (the fish is cubed like for poke; was slightly rubbery in texture); my favorite part was the molded center w/shredded crab & rice, topped with some wakame (seaweed salad); I also got a side of that salad, it's always refreshing. This place has always been my first stop for sushi and you wont find a better place here in the area.
