"Very disappointing, this location is terrible compared to the Pearland location. First time ordering from here and everything was so bad. Sad because we left a rave review for the Pearland spot. The chocolate pastry had barely any chocolate in it at all, for over 6 dollar you would think they would make it loaded, the other location gives you way more and tasted like we were just eating plain bread. The fruit they use here is so bad, again the other location gives the best fruit at peak flavor and ripeness, this one however had very poor fruit, all the strawberries were still green, like how does a self respecting French pastry bakery put junk like that out to customers and for the exorbitant fees they charge too? An almost 80 dollar order for a few pastries and coffee and almost all of it was not good and pathetic, the other location was always great and we ordered a few times a month but this place we will never order from again. The only decent items were the Matcha Latte and the coffee croissant everything else we feel as though they just robbed us of our money. Most of the items had literally no taste and no flavor. Do not recommend them at all. Go to the Pearland location instead much better quality. Overall 4/10"

"I was called 16 times in 20 minutes by this restaurant , most likely to tell me an item wasn't in stock, but I couldn't answer as I was in a work meeting. There was no message left or message on the delivery letting me know that part of my order was missing. This was very off putting. When I got my food, the Peach Iced Tea tasted almost burnt, and the bottom of the Fruit Bite (Raspberry) was very tough to eat, as it tasted like it had sat out for a while. The Very Berry Pastry was delicious and so was the Sticky Milk Buns, so I would absolutely get those again."

"I haven't ordered from here in awhile but today my order was made perfectly, so great that I called the Restaurant to gloat to the manager about how amazing the breakfast is and the cook who made it is Juan so call and find out when he's on the grill because I ordered Fresh Seasoned Potatoes and they were crispy with onions, and I like my egg well and there was NO RUNNY mess and the regular bacon wasn't burned just made perfectly!! The waffle was crispy not burned and not fluffy and soggy, see pictures it was perfect just as you expect a belgium waffle to be - I hope this is my experience going forward because in the past I wasn't consistently impressed. Kudos to Patrick the manager for his leadership because all was packaged correctly and the bag was closed with tape and tamper-free!! Thank you to Juan you are awesome sir!!! Italian is another area where Houston needs help in, you have to really search to find that needle in the haystack out here for Italian food, and you will get fooled by most reviews because the people down here don't really know what good Italian is so they rate high because they have nothing to compare it too. Angelo's was actually pretty good, a solid 7.5/10 which is good compared to the 5-6/10 for most Italian in H-town. So the pizza was actually pretty decent, we got a plain cheese with extra sauce and an eggplant and ricotta and they were were pretty good. A bit cheap with the ricotta dollops but otherwise good. The pastas were just okay tbh nothing special we tried a bunch of them and they were just ok nothing we would seek out or try again. The fried calamari was great surprisingly, most places make a terrible calamari but this one was done right, not over cooked and light crispy batter with marinara proper not with ranch like some of these disrespectful places serve down here lol. The ceasar was decent too, and the tiramisu is probably one of the best tiramisu's in Houston. We got a side of meatballs not expecting much but they were also surprisingly good as well. Chicken parm sub was underwhelming though, cutlet was way too thick and only covered the center of the sub with both ends of bread being empty, they should slice the meat thinner and pound it out a bit flatter and put two cutlets on there proper like. However most of Houston makes terrible chicken parm subs, even places they rave about out here got nothing on the proper chicken parmigiana subs from Jersey/NY/Philly. Not sure why because it's actually one of the easier Italian things to make but most miss the mark out here. So overall not bad for Houston Italian, we would recommend them for some simple pizza, calamari, meatballs, and some tiramisu but skip the pastas and subs."

"Second time ordering from our local Jason's Deli. As with the first, the food was amazing. I ordered the Italian Italian Cruz Po'boy (Manager's Special) and was not disappointed. In fact, they pack so much meat and cheese that it's difficult to eat; very messy! 😄 The broccoli-cheese soup was quite thick, though, and I had to end up adding a little bit of milk and water to thin it out. Still, a wonderful, flavorful side, and there’s plenty of it. My mom ordered the Roast Beef Sandwich (Manager's Special) and was a bit underwhelmed, unfortunately. She said that the meat didn't have much flavor, however she did enjoy her sandwich and potato salad overall. The whole meal was a bit pricey, but worth it (especially since I was able to make two meals out of mine)!"

"First time buyi here and I was grateful I did! LOVE the Polo Grounds Parm Bites and dough used... gives me confidence to try a few other menu items of the like. I easily could fill up on those! The Uptown Mozzarella was perfect, cheese was inside the crispy half moons and not hollow like I find at other places. The Craveable Chicken Parm was thin and crispy, though my initial fear in the to go container and on top of the pasta was that it wouldn't be. I didn't care for the onion and parsley bits in my lightly coated pasta sause, but was still good. The Fifth Avenue Cheesecake was really good. I chose the white cholate but might go for a different flavor next time. Was good but maybe more rich than I realized it would be. And the restaurant did not skimp in any of the above! Cannot wait to try the pizza and fried dough next!"
