I LOVE the Schlotzsky's brand, but the Kaufman store just can't seem to get it right! "Tje chicken was like rubber like it had been sitting under a heating lamp too long. The mash potatoes and gravy were sour. The fried pickles had no batter. When I called the establishment to let them know the answering manager (male) told another manager to take the phone before he went off on the customer. This is unprofessional. If he can't handle when customers call to let them know mod an issue he shouldn't be in management or customer service. I let the next manager know Inheard him and that it was unprofessional of him. She said she would handle him after resolving my issue. I called being nice just letting them know what quality of food was received since I've never had an issue here prior, definitely did not expect a manager to be so rude."
