Catfish Platter was advertised with choice of potato, and came with beans and coleslaw & 2 hush puppies. I chose a baked potato expecting it to have been baked today. Silly me - it arrived at least a day old (or more) in the baking process and actually wasn't even fully baked. hush puppies were burnt, no coleslaw, and the beans (advertisted as pintos - not sure, but I've never seen pintos that small). The one item saving this dish was again the catfish. Ample portion, (small tater sauce) but thank goodness for the catfish! I willl order again (just not the platter) and will chalk this up to the cook having a bad day. "

I LOVE the Schlotzsky's brand, but the Kaufman store just can't seem to get it right! Doesn't matter if I go through the drive through or DD, my order is rarely correct and the bread lacks the quality that Schlotzsky's used to be known for. I will say that I was credited $18 of the $25.83 that I paid for the wrong meal that ended up not being edible."

"I just wanna start off by saying kudos to this place because not only was it my FIRST time eating here but it was my first time ordering out through DoorDash!! The Chicken Fried Steak Plate 9/10. The steak was a nice portion, and had a great taste. The mash potatoes and broccoli were sooooo good!! However, I did ask for Italian Dressing for my salad but got ranch (which is the reason I rated 4 stars because I really wanted the salad :/ since it came with the plate) also I forgot to say no tomatoes but they do put a nice sized tomato on the salad for the tomato lovers (however in the picture I took the tomato off). Since I didn't eat the salad from examination everything looked fresh. Moving forward the Chicken Nuggets were SO GOOD! Better than McDonald's, I'm not gon lie. I would order those for myself lol. The fries were fresh too and soooo good 10/10. The lemonade was intriguing because it was tart but also sooo very sweet and I loved it 9/10. Now I saved this one for last because OMG, I do not know what y'all do to that Strawberry Cake but please KEEP DOING IT! The icing y'all make for it was SOOOOO GOOD! I would say that it was a little too much of the icing but I'll get it again lol 8/10. My overall experience was pretty good. I would order you guys again."

"Everything was still hot and fresh! My Loves made sure to put plenty of salt, pepper, butter, and plasticwear, so I had everything I needed :) Food was amazing as always, Cornbread was moist and perfect even without adding butter, Chicken Strip Plate was delicious moist and crispy chicken with some perfectly seasoned fries and good ol Mac n cheese!"

"You cant go wrong with anything you order! The poblan soup is amazing! The flatbread paani is also great! We love the German potato salad and Caesar Salad. One of our favorites for lunch is the Original Club Sandwich and it's normally our go to. All of the dess are top notch. The happy birthday cookie is our abso favorite for anytime! The walnut brownie and straw cake is also amazing! "

"Two Meat Potato was stuffed ! Everything was hot and well packaged. The Brisket Chili had good flavor but it was more like beans with a chili flavor (No beans in Texas Chili) Will order that potato again !"

"The vegetables were bland and lacked any kind of seasoning. The brisket was disappointing, also no seasoning. I won't be ordering again. The corn on the cob was the tiniest cob I've ever seen. The cornbread was also so tiny, one bite and it's gone."
