Tuna was pale but tasted good. Nowhere near as many scallions as the photo and the ones they put had no flavor. The vinaigrette was not bad but not good. Paired well with the salad but not the tuna and starch. The fennel pieces were very mild, but that's not a problem; the problem was they were too big and should've been cut in half or cut differently. The radish had no flavor. The cherries were extremely sweet like they were flavored and colored with juice but had no cherry flavor. The greens had no flavor but that's to be expected. The quinoa was good. The best part was the amazing pecans, super flavorful, all three pieces. Portion of salad was also small for the price. Could be so much better with small tweaks. "

I finally tried CAVA, and I completely understand the hype now. Every single ingredient tasted incredibly fresh, flavorful, and high quality. The chicken was perfectly seasoned, the veggies were crisp, the hummus and tzatziki were amazing, and the black lentils were such a pleasant surprise. I loved being able to build a meal that was both healthy and filling without sacrificing flavor.
The portions were generous, everything was packaged well, and every bite tasted balanced. It’s not often you find food that’s this nutritious and this delicious at the same time. This was easily one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time.
