The food tastes great, it's filling, and sometimes you can finish everything and sometimes you can't, but can save it for another day. Tonight I ordered the Beef Liver with corn and mashed potatoes. It also came with soup or salad, and I ordered the onion soup. The soup was so good and packed with plenty of onions in every bite. The Beef Liver was made to the way I like it, and I ordered mine with bacon, not onions. I got so much meat, that I could not finish the meal as it was so filling. The mashed potatoes were great, and they were out of corn, I guess, because they substituted it with cauliflower. You can always get a good meal here, and I've never been disappointed. Highly recommend this diner."

"Today was my turn to catch the nasty cold that ran through the family. I needed soup but as someone with a food allergy ordering from a new place is always tricky. I called Springbone and got a nice clear answer and an assurance that they would look out for my order and double check the ingredients.
I ordered the Bad Hombre Broth which had a very mild heat to it- perfect for stuffiness from a cold- and the depth of flavor and silkiness that would be expected from home-made bone-broth.
