On our most recent order, the driver waited nearly an hour for the food. When I called the restaurant to check on it, the person who answered was rude, dismissive, and hung up on me. That kind of interaction is unacceptable.
It’s disappointing because we’ve also had great dine-in experiences here, including a large table of eight. The food is consistently outstanding — but poor communication, long waits, and rude service make it hard to keep supporting them.
Great food deserves better transparency and customer service — from both the restaurant and DoorDash.
