I also tried Mabel's Famous Biscuit (Ham, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich), and this is where things got especially interesting. The combination itself was fantastic—the savory ham, fluffy egg, and melted cheese all came together beautifully. What really surprised me, though, was the addition of orange peel jam. It added a bright, slightly citrusy contrast that elevated the entire sandwich and made it more memorable than your typical breakfast biscuit.
That said, the biscuit did lean a bit too far on the buttery side & it made the experience slightly messy—especially when opening the wrapping."
