"The boba and tea are incredibly fresh and delicious. You can really taste the quality in every sip. The store is also very clean, which I appreciate. However, parking is a nightmare. There are only a few spaces, and depending on which direction you come from, you have to merge into the right lane pretty dangerously just to get into the lot. The wait time was also disappointing. I waited 25 minutes for one milk tea, which should never happen for a drink order. Great drinks, but they need to improve speed and parking access."
