"I find it particularly amazing that one of the best burgers I've had in recent years (literally!) is served at a seafood bar! i tried it mostly because I was curious and had very low expectations. I couldn't imagine that it would be much better than just passable. I was in for a shock. for one thing, the meat was flame broiled when I absolutely believed it would have been fried. I ordered it "as is" without making any changes to the toppings. from the first bite, it was clear that my assumptions had all been wrong. I'll say right now that if I want a burger, Ivar's is where I'll be ordering from. the only exception would be if I was ordering a more high end meal. such as Five Guys. give it a try, this is absolutely worth trying!!
unfortunately the same cannot be said for the milkshake. I opted for mango as the flavor. and it was truly terrible. it reminded me of how bathroom cleaners smell, it was truly terrible and a waste of money...
