It was light in texture, moist but not greasy or oily. Great flavor too. The green beans were soooo good. Sweet potatoes were perfectly sweet & I did like them but just a touch too much cinnamon for me. It will not stop me from getting them again, though. Now, this was my first time having collard greens. I definitely liked them & would get them again. I can't speak to how they should taste because I have no idea, but I enjoyed them. My only disappointment was the Nana's Special Sauce, I didn't feel it was anything special. Think of a ketchup/mayo mix with a bit of tartar sauce. I was really disappointed that for $4 I got the same size that they give you with the meal wtf? For $9 you get 8oz of it, but for $4 you get a small sauce cup?!? That's just wrong, should have been .50 to $1 NOT $4!! Taking a star off just for that."
