The service was polite and pleasant- the male server was attentive and handled everything well, even though he was also occupied in the kitchen. He gave us the menu right away and came back when we asked, which was appreciated. However, the restaurant could really use 2–3 servers, as it’s usually busy and one person has to manage both the tables and the kitchen, which naturally slows things down. •The tandoori fish was flavorful, well-spiced, and cooked perfectly. •The masala dosa had a nice crisp texture and was served hot, but the potato filling inside was quite plain- it tasted like simple mashed potatoes with almost no spices or seasoning. (A traditional masala dosa usually has mustard seeds, curry leaves, onions, and turmeric for flavor, which were missing here) The dosa came with three sides: • Coconut chutney: Slightly bitter, which it shouldn’t be.
