"Ive had pizza from this place years ago before I went gluten and it was great. However, now being gluten free my options are more limited. I decided to give Big O's gluten free crust option a shot and was sadly very disappointed. While the pizza was decently cooked on the bottom the top was severely undercooked. We’d ordered bacon on the pizza and it was gummy and soft. I actually worried about food safety as the bacon seemed under cooked. Most pizzas with bacon come with it somewhat crispy and this was the opposite. While the cheese was heated it was barely melted - still super white and not toasted at all on top. And the crust on the underside of the cheese was doughy and undercooked. By the time we went to eat the pizza we’d walked too far away from the restaurant to go back as we were on a schedule and had to get to our next outing. I’m not sure what happened - my guess is the crust being gluten free impacted the amount of time the pizza needed to be left in the oven and it just wasn’t cooked long enough. Really frustrating given we paid for the upgrades to make it a custom order. Usually I can get past things I might not love about a dish but this was inedible. Unfortunately can’t recommend this as a gluten free pizza option moving forward unless you’re dining in and can check that it is done well enough before consuming it. "
